Why Prenatal Chiropractic Matters

Pregnancy is a time of incredible change for your body. As your baby grows, your center of gravity shifts, ligaments soften, and your pelvis rotates and adapts. Without specialized care, those changes can create misalignment, pain, and even complications during delivery.

Webster Technique is a specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment designed for pregnant women. Dr. Laura Swaim is Webster Certified through the ICPA and has trained extensively in the gentle, pelvic-balancing approach that supports both mom and baby through every trimester.

Many of our prenatal patients report easier pregnancies, less back pain, better sleep, and smoother deliveries. We see mothers from the first trimester through postpartum recovery, and we love supporting families through this transformative season.

What You'll Feel

The Difference Gentle Care Makes

Webster Technique Certified

Dr. Laura is ICPA Webster Certified — a specific certification for prenatal chiropractic that focuses on pelvic balance to support optimal fetal positioning.

Relieves Common Pregnancy Discomforts

Lower back pain, hip pain, sciatica, round ligament pain, and pubic symphysis pain all respond well to prenatal chiropractic care.

Supports Optimal Fetal Positioning

When the pelvis is balanced, the uterus has more room — which can help babies find the head-down position naturally as labor approaches.

Often Eases Labor & Delivery

Many of our patients report shorter, smoother labors after consistent prenatal chiropractic care. Research has shown Webster-trained care correlates with reduced labor time.
