Outcome

A Smoother Pregnancy

Less back pain, better positioning, more room for your body to do what it's designed to do

Pregnancy back pain isn't 'just part of it.' Webster Technique-certified prenatal chiropractic helps the pelvis stay balanced — which usually means less pain, easier sleep, and better baby positioning as you approach delivery.

Why this matters

The story underneath

If you're pregnant and dealing with back pain, sciatica, pelvic discomfort, or insomnia from positioning struggles, you're not just stuck with it. Webster Technique is a specific prenatal chiropractic protocol that addresses sacroiliac and pelvic mechanics during pregnancy — which is when those joints are doing the most work.

Most moms see meaningful improvement in pain within the first 2-3 visits. Beyond pain relief, regular care also creates more pelvic balance for the baby's positioning — which can matter if your baby is breech, transverse, or asynclitic.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

Yes — when it's prenatal-specific. We use Webster Technique, side-lying tables, no force, no adjustments that put pressure on the abdomen. Dr. Laura is ICPA Webster Certified.

Webster Technique doesn't directly turn babies — it balances the pelvis so the baby has the room to turn on their own. Many babies do, but every pregnancy is different. We coordinate with your OB/midwife on positioning.
