As Office and Lead Case Manager, Ms. Carly is the heart behind the hustle — organizing care plans, guiding patients through their wellness journey, and making sure every family feels supported from day one. With a knack for creating reassurance in uncertainty, she brings clarity, compassion, and structure to every step of the patient experience.

Ms. Carly's passion for this work is deeply personal. After witnessing the transformation that neurologically based chiropractic care brought to her own daughter's life, she knew she had to be part of helping others experience the same kind of healing. Her daughter was a textbook "perfect storm" kiddo, and after trying many medical interventions and reaching a point of feeling at a loss for hope, Carly found Drs. Logan and Laura Swaim — who filled her tank of hope again and helped her little one thrive. The relationships she builds each day continue to fuel her purpose.

Her approach is centered on creating a space where families feel safe, heard, and — most importantly — hopeful. Whether it's celebrating milestones or navigating challenges, Carly walks alongside you with empathy and encouragement.
